Living and working on the unceded Indigenous land belonging to the Coast Salish peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

                  How I work

My nature is down to earth, caring, compassionate and non-judgmental.

I approach the therapeutic space as my true self.  I don’t believe in putting on a one-size-fits-all “therapist hat” for sessions. I enjoy having genuine connections with my clients and will gladly share a good laugh or be witness to a much needed cry.

I use multiple modalities and add a psycho-spiritual lens to the work we do.  This is unique in comparison to most clinical counsellors/psychotherapists.

I am a contemporary voice to the ancient roots of psychology.
